The English magazine The shooting times reports on the 2006 roe buck season. The season was exceptionally good with a lot of nice trophies. The largest is probably a new world record for European roe deer. The new record was shot clode to Dorset and is 277.73 CIC points. This was previously held by a Swedish buck of 246.9 points, which was shot at Vittskövle in the south of Sweden.
