Backpacking Oz can give you so much more than dirty, crowded hostels and cheap goon-wine. With some help of Patrik (the operator of this site), a couple of hunting magazines and plain luck I managed to do some hunting both in NSW and NT. In NSW I hunted and shot ...

Hunting in the spring is usually very nice. The birds were singing loudly and the woodcocks passed our heads a very beautiful May evening. We had the video camera with us and got this roebuck on film. It is Janne's first roebuck!
